We have encountered a technical disturbance in our production chain, between 4 and
5 pm this afternoon.

This means that all the requests sent at that time have been handle with some time-lag,
once the system was restarted.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

Following an incident, the testbed (EPP, extranet and form) is currently stopped.

The restarting is estimated to 11am, 11:20.

Please excuse us for the caused embarrassment.

As annonced, we have changed the certificate for the access to the webservices on the production chain (soap-adh.nic.fr and soap-pub.nic.fr).

The new certificate that we have deployed were obtained from PS Certification Authority S.L. ipsCA (these are the same certificates as our servers EPP)

• Our root certificate will be C=ES, ST=Madrid, L=Madrid, O=IPS Certification Authority s.l. ipsCA, OU=ipsCA, CN=ipsCA Global CA Root/emailAddress=global01@ipsca.com whose certificate is available here: http://certs.ipsca.com/store/ipscaGlobal.crt

• The chain of certification will contain intermediate certificate C=ES, ST=MADRID, L=MADRID, O=ips Certification Authority, OU=Certificaciones, CN=ipsCA Level 1 CA/emailAddress=ipscalevel1@ipsca.com so available on the site of ipsCA: http://certs.ipsca.com/store/ipsCALEVEL1CA.crt
